POS2U provides point-of-sale and business management tools. Depending on how you use POS2U, we may process information about account holders (merchants), staff users, and end customers (e.g., receipts or loyalty).

- Login & profile: username, password (stored as a secure hash), role/access level.
- Transaction data (merchant use): order totals, items, taxes, discounts, payment method type, timestamps.

- Customer data (if merchant collects it): customer name, phone/email, loyalty points, order history.
- Support data: messages, screenshots, logs shared when you contact support.
- Website data: pages visited, approximate location (country), browser type, referral source.
We do not intentionally collect “sensitive” personal data (such as medical or biometric data). If you submit it to us, you consent to our processing to provide support.

- Provide and maintain the Services (POS features, sync, reporting, multi-outlet operations).

No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and using strong passwords/PINs.
