What’s the difference between Starter, Growth, and Scale?

Starter is offline and free (no admin panel). Growth is online (RM 66/month) with admin panel + online features. Scale is online (RM 99/month) with multi-outlet + AI Copilot.

What is Starter plan?
Starter is free and works in offline mode. It’s for basic selling at the counter.
No admin panel, no online features.
What is Growth plan (RM 66/month)?
Growth is online mode with admin panel and online features. Best for single outlet.
No multi-outlet in Growth.
What is Scale plan (RM 99/month)?
Scale includes Growth + multi-outlet and AI Copilot features.
Can I upgrade later?
Yes. You can upgrade anytime when you need online features or multi-outlet.

Features

Do you support barcode and inventory?
Yes. Barcode scanning, SKU/variants, stock in/out, and low stock alerts (plan dependent).
Can I set promotions and discounts?
Yes. Discounts, promo pricing, member pricing, and basic combo deals (plan dependent).
Do you have sales reports?
Yes. Daily sales, best sellers, and cashier performance (online plans have richer reports).

Devices

Can I use my own tablet?
Yes. Most Android business tablets are fine (as long as it meets minimum requirements).
Do you support receipt printers?
Yes. Most 58mm / 80mm thermal printers work (USB/LAN/Bluetooth depends on setup).
Do you support barcode scanner?
Yes. USB scanners and many Bluetooth scanners can work (device-dependent).

How long does setup take?
If your product list is ready, basic setup can be done within hours. Full setup depends on items, printer, and workflow.
Can you help import products?
Yes. We can guide you or help you do bulk import (based on plan/work scope).
Do you provide staff training?
Yes. Quick training for cashier and supervisor (sell, void control, closing, reports).

Billing

Can I get monthly invoice?
Yes. Subscription plans are billed monthly and you can request invoice/receipt.
Do you support cash / card / eWallet?
Yes. You can record cash, card, eWallet, and bank transfer (depends on your payment device/provider).

Multi-Outlet

Which plan supports multi-outlet?
Scale plan supports multi-outlet.
Can HQ control all outlet products/pricing?
Yes. HQ can manage catalog and pricing, and outlets follow updates in online mode.

How do I contact support?
WhatsApp support and ticket support (based on your plan/work scope).
Do you provide updates?
Yes. Online plans receive updates and improvements.
